I came home late on Monday evening from work, tired and exhausted. Aaron told me he had stopped after work to get me something. I didn’t think anything of it and had a seat on the couch. He handed me a bag and as I started to open it, he started to tell me how much he loved me and how beautiful our love is. I got to the box and saw that it was a Willow Tree statue titled “Promise”. I opened the box and pulled out the statue. He took it in his hand and got down on one knee. He looked me in the eye and told me “Just like this statue, I want to promise myself to you forever. Will you marry me?” The ring was placed in between the two people on the statue. It was gorgeous and perfect!
